Data Deletion
To delete your account and personal data, contact Support. We will complete deletion within 48 hours after verifying ownership of your account email.
How to request deletion
- Visit the Support page and submit a request titled “Delete my Sublango account”.
- Include the account email you used for Sublango.
- After verification, we will delete your account and personal data within 48 hours and notify you.
Scope of deletion
- Profile and account record
- Authentication identity (Google/Facebook/Email)
- Usage and plan data tied to your account
We may retain minimal records for security, fraud prevention, or tax compliance as required by law.
